By signing this document I agree to the following:

• To compensate 406 Proxy, LLC to perform the above actions for the amount stated.
• To enter into marriage with named future spouse by proxy in the state of Montana:
• That I or my future spouse are an active member of the United States military.
• That no refund will be initiated unless submitted in writing and in a timely manner.
• That 406 Proxy LLC has not provided any legal advice.
• That upon completing the Certificate of Marriage, representation (power of attorney) will cease immediately.
• That all information provided is truthful and accurate.

The laws of the State of Montana govern the construction and interpretation of this agreement. For any claim or dispute arising out of this Agreement, the parties consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana and the parties agree that the appropriate venue is Fergus County, Montana.

The parties waive any jurisdiction or venue objection and undertake not to assert any defense based on the absence of jurisdiction or venue. In any litigation, arbitration, fundraising or other dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the other party will reimburse the prevailing party reasonable legal fees and expenses.
