If your circumstances have changed or you or your partner have decided double proxy marriage is not for you, 406 Proxy, LLC may allow for a refund. Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment source.
- 50% Refund: If you or your partner paid $700.00 and decided not to continue the marriage by proxy for any reason, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of $350.00. This helps cover our notary, paperwork, filing and office staffing costs. Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment source.Â
- Full Refund: If you or your partner made a partial payment of $ 350.00 and withdrew it before the power of attorney forms were authenticated, you are entitled to a full refund. Any and all other fees are non-refundable. Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment source.
- Zero Refund:
A non-refundable deposit of $300–$350 is required to begin services. If either party withdraws after the Power of Attorney documents have been notarized but before the marriage is finalized, the deposit is forfeited.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are required to maintain timely communication. If either party fails to respond to messages or emails for a period of 30 consecutive days, the file will be considered inactive and closed. In such cases, all payments made to date are non-refundable.
