Refund Policy

Wedding Proxy Return Policy:  While it’s unfortunate not to see two loving people come together, the team at WeddingProxy.com understand that in life, sometimes things change.

Knowing that things are in a constant state of change, we welcome you to retain our services in the future. We are here 24/7 should you have a question or concern.

If your circumstances have changed or you or your partner have decided double proxy marriage is not for you, 406 Proxy, LLC may allow for a refund. Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment source.

  1. 50% Refund: If you or your partner paid $700.00 and decided not to continue the marriage by proxy for any reason, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of $350.00. This helps cover our notary, paperwork, filing and office staffing costs. Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment source.
  2. Full Refund: If you or your partner made a partial payment of $ 350.00 and withdrew it before the power of attorney forms were authenticated, you are entitled to a full refund. Any and all other fees are non-refundable. Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment source.
  3. Zero Refund: If you or your partner has made a partial payment of $350.00 and withdraws before the marriage is finalized, but the power of attorney forms have been notarized, you are not eligible for a refund. Any and all other fees are non-refundable.
